Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms overlooked a noisy square, but my small room with a Juliet balcony offered a charming view of Plaza de Val. While the room felt a bit cramped due to a sloping ceiling, I wished there was a fridge or minibar, especially during the heatwave. The newly renovated decor lacked practical furniture.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The location is brilliant, just a couple of minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, but the rooms were average sized, clean, yet a bit dated. The service staff was nice and helpful, but there are some difficulties with the concept of Do Not Disturb. The dining experience was also mixed with an interesting setup. The facilities at the hotel are good with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were a bit on the small side with a lack of a fridge or minibar, though the twin beds were cozy on the laminate flooring. The noise from the square kept me up at night, but the small Juliet balcony overlooking Plaza de Val was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms had been newly renovated, and although they lacked sensible furniture, they were excellent, spacious, comfortable, and nice. The service was extremely helpful and amicable - just everybody was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, literally a few hundred yards from the center, with an underground parking if needed. The dining experience was average and could use some improvement. The facilities were impressive, adding value to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but a bit small with a dated feel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Plaza Mayor. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvements. Despite some minor drawbacks, the hotel offers good value for money.
